No. You sit at your machine the entire time. TicketAccel automates form-filling and navigation — you complete payment and CAPTCHA yourself.
All data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored locally. The master key lives in your OS keychain. We never see your data.
If any step fails, the app immediately hands off to you. You can always take over manually in the visible browser.
